“NAscent” is an immersive project created in collaboration with Vergil Sharkya, an experimental music composer specialized in hypercomposition and Push 1 stop, an interactive media artist. The work was presented at the Société des Arts Technologiques (SAT) for 3 weeks in Febuary 2018. The film is inspired by “string theory”. According to this scientific hypothesis, the universe is filled by one dimensional strings and not by point-like particles. These strings vibrate and propagate through tension, similar to the behaviour of an elastic. NAscent explores this tension; the idea that everything is connected and that the universe possesses some 11 dimensions.
